The needs analysis helps define the scope and identify areas for improvement, opportunities, alternative approaches and cost savings. This allows us to gain valuable insight which allows us to tailor the solution to achieve maximum benefit.
Client personnel representing the key business areas and one or more members of our staff will meet to discuss and document the current system, its shortcomings and desired improvements. Several meetings may be necessary to allow everyone an opportunity to provide input.
