Employee education is a crucial part of any deployment. Understanding promotes confidence and job satisfaction. We believe that fosters happy and productive employees. Happy and productive employees who possess the necessary knowledge and skills helps ensure a positive return on investment.
Education is provided as part of deployment project or may be appropriate for systems updates. Instructor-led workshops, assignments, practice and follow-up sessions provide ample opportunities for learning. Self-paced short online tutorials allow employees to refresh and improve their skills and understanding.
Instruction is available on-premise or via webinar. On-premise training works best when participants have training time free of distractions. Web training requires no additional investment in technology and limits travel expenses. Participants use their existing computer and telephone. Course materials are provided via email.
